Once you have chosen a proposal that meets your specific needs, you must build your file, namely to provide the bank, the essential elements related to your real estate project (income, savings capacity, professional stability ...)

The file is subdivided into elements concerning:

- Your identity: CIN, residence card for residents abroad, and residence card for resident aliens in Morocco.
- The object of financing: certificate of ownership, sale agreement, description of the property.
- Proof of income: work certificate, payslips, CNSS vouchers, bank statements.

This list is obviously not exhaustive and depends on your acquirer profile.
